who is an officer of Church Action on Poverty.
He was suggested by a longstanding campaigner and member
of the Cardiff and District United Nations Association.
As an officer of a campaigning charity, he is in a position to raise
questions about hunger, malnutrition and famine worldwide.
This address falls within the internationalist perspective
of the United Nations Association, which has long supported
One World Week.
