Guidance on how to download and set up OWW resources

Many of the presentations are large files and may take up to 5 minutes to download.  If you do not have broadband access, the file may take longer to download.

Directions for using Microsoft 1997-2003 PowerPoint presentations

Once downloaded, save the file to your computer. When you open the saved file, go to 'window' (along the toolbar) and select 'full screen mode'. The presentation will then fill the whole screen.  Press 'enter' to move to the next slide, or alternatively, use the arrow keys on your keyboard.

Directions for downloading pdf and Word documents

All Word documents haev been produced to be compatible with 1997-2003 Microsoft software.  These will also work on more recent versions of the software.  Once you have clicked on the desired resource either save it to your computer or open it with the appropriate programme.

The same guidance applies for the pdf documents.  if you are unable to download a pdf document you may need to update your Adobe Acrobat software.
